These prices don't include the municipal tourist tax, which is, for a 3 stars apartment like La Capitaine is, 2€/day/person older than 18 years, but only for the first 5 days of stay. You will find detailed info about the tourist tax in the apartment.

Prices don't include the final cleaning fee: the final cleaning fee is 25€ for 1-2 guests, 30€ for 3-4 guests, 35€ for 5-6 guests. For stays longer than 15 days, the cleaning fee is higher: ask Timi.
