Please, speak quietly when you are nearby the block; speak very quietly when you are in the block along the stairs, especially at night; do the same when you are in the apartment and, if you play some music, moderate the volume, thank you. You will be a super-guest if you will take off your shoes in the flat :-) Please, take care of La Capitaine as if it were your home, thank you.

MINIMUM STAY: from 1 to 3 days, depending on the season or on the availability.

CHECK-IN: From 3 PM to 9 PM. For special needs, check if we can somehow help you.

SELF CHECK-IN: From 2 PM without limits.

CHECK-OUT: Before 11 AM.

If you CANCEL your reservation up to 8 days before your arrival, you will be totally refunded.

If you CANCEL your reservation between 7 and 2 days before your arrival, you will get no refund for the 1st night and a 50% refund for the remaining nights.

If you CANCEL your reservation within the day of your arrival, you will get no refund for the first 7 days of your stay.
